مزيد من التفاصيل حول خطط إنشاء 1200 منزل بالقرب من Martlesham Heath

A developer has put forward plans to build a primary school as part of a large new housing scheme.
Bloor Homes is seeking outline planning permission from East Suffolk Council to develop a site comprising 1,200 homes on approximately 100 hectares east of Ipswich, near Kesgrave.
The company said a third of the homes would be affordable, with other features including dedicated bus lanes and road improvements.
A statement on behalf of Bloor Homes said the scheme, which would be delivered in phases, “aims to provide an inclusive and sustainable new neighbourhood”.
The developer said 2,500 sq m of commercial space would also be built.
Several transport improvements are also proposed, including a new road junction and a roundabout off Foxhall Road, and a new pedestrian and cycle path off Dobbs Lane.
It is believed that the 11-year construction period could generate 179 local jobs in Ipswich and East Suffolk, as well as 253 further jobs once the development is complete.
