«دروجبا»: علاقة «عموتة» مع لاعبي الأهلي «غير جيدة».. واستبعاد إمام عاشور يُشكّل أزمة أكبر

Ahmed Hassan Drogba, a former Al Ahly player, stated that the relationship between Moroccan Hussein Ammouta, Al Ahly’s head coach, and the team’s players appears to be strained.

During an interview with journalist Mohamed Tarek Adda, host of “The Match” program on Sada El Balad channel, Drogba said: “Hussein Ammouta’s relationship with the players isn’t good… I don’t have definitive information, and I’m not certain,” he continued, “however, what appears evident is that the coach’s relationship with the players is not good.”

Drogba also pointed out that Imam Ashour’s exclusion from the team’s squad creates an even bigger crisis within Al Ahly.

He added: “Hussein Ammouta is technically poor, and the biggest share of Al Ahly’s technical problems falls on Ammouta, not the players.”

Drogba believes that the incident involving Ammouta and Wael Gomaa, the club’s football director, reveals the coach’s lack of self-confidence. He added that he supports Wael Gomaa’s intervention to direct the players, given his concern for the team’s best interests.
